See the world through my eyes…
Hi, my name is Hester. I am married to JP, who is a medical doctor on board Princess Cruises, and I have the amazing privilege to travel with him all over the world. We love nature, hiking, running, travelling, exploring new places, and meeting new people.
What’s this blog about:
If you have ever been on a cruise before, you will know that your time in a port of call can be limited. In most cases, it’s an average 8am-5pm day, although this can vary, and if you’re lucky you will have an over-night stay in some of the most popular places.
Due to my special lifestyle 😉 I get to see most ports more than once, and by doing so, I can give you a great overview of what I did, what I will recommend, and how to do it yourself if you only stop there for one day. I also include the photos I take, to give a great impression of what you might expect, and look forward to! Though JP and I will feature sometimes, this blog is not about us, but rather to help you have a great day in your port of call!
On your side:
If you only have 2 minutes when you visit my blog, I’ll suggest you look at the photos first. A picture is worth a thousand words, isn’t it? My hope is that my photos will tell the story, and also capture the atmosphere/vibe/feel of the places we visit. Last but not least, this is for you to enjoy 🙂
